2024 dues for the Farm at Creekside HOA will again be $100. Notices were sent the first week in November and are due by 30 November, 2024.

  • The standard dues amount is $100. The balance due for your property may be different based on prior year late fees, interest, and legal fees.
  • November 30: Due date
  • December 15: Late fees added

Note that homes with any unpaid dues are not eligible to vote in association meetings. The Board has also decided, in fairness to all members, to initiate the lien process against properties owing past HOA assessments. The full costs of the lien process is legally added to the balance owed to the HOA.
