2025 dues for the Farm at Creekside HOA will again be $100 and are due by December 31, 2025.

Note that homes with any unpaid dues are not eligible to vote in association meetings. The Board has also decided, in fairness to all members, to initiate the lien process against properties owing past HOA assessments. The full costs of the lien process is legally added to the balance owed to the HOA.
