Paint / Project Approval Forms

The following forms are to be used prior to the start of any homeowner external modification project (painting, landscaping, etc.). Download and complete whichever document format (PDF or Word/docx) you prefer, and email the form to the Architectural Committee (arch@fachoa.org). )
NOTES:
Depending on the paint colors or project complexity, you may be asked for additional hardcopy documentation or an in-person meeting with a member of the Architectural Committee.
You are strongly encouraged to discuss both paint and project plans with your immediate neighbors. This is as a courtesy to uncover any issues or concerns before you start work
Paint Approval Form: Word PDF
Form for paint color approval - email the completed form to the Architectural Committee (arch@fachoa.org) prior to painting even if you are not changing the colors on your home.
Project Approval Form: Word PDF
Form for all non-painting projects (landscaping, sheds, fencing, etc.) - email the completed form to the Architectural Committee (arch@fachoa.org) prior to start of project.
