FACHOA General Meeting 22 August, 2023

The General Meeting of the Farm at Creekside HOA will be 22 August, 2023, 7-8:30PM at The American Legion meeting room, 315 S. Bowen St., Longmont.

The Agenda will be:

• Financials & Budget Review
• Maintenance Review
• Management Company investigation results
• 2023 Projects Review
  • Governing Documents updates
  • Web Site Redesign
  • Welcome Letter to new residents

Due to expiring terms, we are currently short 4 board members, as well as 1 member of the architecture committee. If you are interested in either of these volunteer positions, please let us know.

2023 Dues Notice

2023 dues for the Farm at Creekside HOA will again be $100. Notices were included in the meeting announcement mailing and are due by 15 September, 2023.
