Notice of HOA Board Meeting

To all homeowners of The Farm at Creekside development: There will be an HOA board meeting on Wednesday, April 1st at 6:30PM.

The agenda will be as follows:

  • If homeowners have questions or concerns, we will listen to their thoughts at the beginning of the meeting.  Homeowners must sign the visitor roster with their name and address.

  • Discuss and approve the proposed 2026 budget (Liela).

  • Update regarding the Altitude questionnaire.

  • Update regarding the new FACHOA website.

  • Any other business

The meeting will be held at the north end of the “Pods” building located at 1925 Pike Rd, Longmont, CO.  The meeting will be on the second floor and signage will be placed there to guide you to the meeting room.  

Note: This is not the annual meeting which will be held later this year.

About the Farm at Creekside

The Farm at Creekside consists of 184 homes situated south of Pike Road and north of Plateau in south Longmont, Colorado. “The Farm” is bordered by Plateau Road on the south, Sunset on the east, the Watersong Community on the west (just east of Hover Road), and Creekside Drive/Pintail Drive to the north.

Key Facts for HOA Dues

  • The standard dues amount is $100. The balance due for your property may be different based on prior year late fees, interest, and legal fees.
  • December 31: Due date
  • January 15: Late fees added.

Note: Homes with any unpaid dues are not eligible to vote in association meetings. The Board has also decided, in fairness to all members, to initiate the lien process against properties owing past HOA assessments. The full costs of the lien process are legally added to the balance owed to the HOA.
